  • We use advanced algorithms, AI, data science to predict outcomes basis particular feedback

Sentiment Analysis

Scientific and Grammar proof

Sentences are analyzed end to end and not in short bursts. So, the resulting compound scores are a result of complete sentence.

Additionally, break down the sentiment per topic

  • We can quantify the number of times various details of the ads are picked – MEASURE ENGAGING POINTS RELATED TO THE CREATIVE
  • Quantify sentiment per topic and edit parts only as per sentiment

Other Use Cases

  • Assessing any written comment – Social Media sentiment analysis and bucketing them into topics
  • Addendum analysis to an ongoing qualitative study
  • Concept/ Product evaluation exercises
  • Partner interviews (very useful while conducting recruitment of partners)
  • Customer Feedbacks (about a partner’s service provisioning)

Imitating the Digital Video Related Behaviour for Unbiased Viewpoint

Key Points:

  1. Users come across ads on digital media either by push or due to recommendation from others.
  2. Post view, they press like/ dislike in most cases and comment in case of extreme reaction. The latter is less due to time taken, hindrance of what others will think, not getting anything unique to comment, thus skipping. However, there is always an initial reaction which is unbiased and pure.

Can be also used when:

  • Assessing any written comment – Social Media sentiment analysis and bucketing them into topics
  • Addendum analysis to an ongoing qualitative study
  • Concept/ Product evaluation exercises
  • Partner interviews (very useful while conducting recruitment of partners)
  • Customer Feedbacks (about a partner’s service provisioning)

Study Sampling:

  • 75 responses per topic/ user group should be adequate to get the quantitative value of sentiments
  • Either video/ audio recording is needed

Usability Testing

Existing app or prototype tested to understand

Discovery, Usage and Efficient

Testing an existing app or a prototype to understand its usability among its target audience

Methodology: Qualitative with Work recording

  • Users are asked to come to a central location or we go to their choice of location with a device
    • The choice of device used (laptop, ipad or mobile phone) depends upon which type of app is being evaluated
    • Users are asked to perform a set of predetermined tasks on the prototype
    • Recordings are delved for non-claimed insights (flow, ease, shifting, speed of task completion etc)

The prototype is evaluated on three key parameters:

  • Discovery
    • How easy or difficult it was for the users to find the necessary buttons/paths for completing the tasks
  • Usage
    • How easy it was for them to use it and whether it would lead to repeated usage
  • Efficiency
    • Whether the time taken to finish the task is within the acceptable parameters

Approaches for UX Tests

Depending on the life cycle of an app creation/ revamp, the methodologies deployed for UX varies
